I ordered a couple of things from Coco Beauty, it was a little hit or miss. One of the products felt really nice and did what I needed it to do, but the other one just felt kind of cheap for what I paid, like maybe if the packaging or texture had been a bit better...
Nothing was awful or anything, so I don’t want to make it sound worse than it was. I just expected a little more overall. I’d maybe order again if there was a decent sale, but at full price, I’m not totally convinced

My order showed up on time, so that part was fine. But i wasn’t too impressed with the packaging. The box had a few dents, and one of the items was sliding around inside. Nothing ended up breaking, thankfully, but I personally expected it to be packed a little more securely...

I had to return one item, and the process was simple enough. The refund took a few days to show up, but it came through fine. Could’ve been a little faster, but yeah, not a big issue.

I was starting to think I’d have to look somewhere else, but—well, they actually had my usual stuff in stock. Such a relief.

I ordered from cocobeauty.com because they had a promo going, it was nice that the discount worked exactly like it should at checkout. The prices seemed fair compared to other sites I checked, and there wasn’t any sneaky catch or extra hassle. I got the products I needed, saved a bit of money, and overall it felt like a straightforward, fair deal.

My order showed up on time and the packaging seemed fine, so no issues there. I just keep second-guessing whether the product is actually authentic. The smell and texture felt a little different from ones I’ve bought before, but maybe it’s just a batch change or I’m overthinking it. Either way, it left me feeling not completely sure.

Maybe I’m just picky, but the selection felt limited to me. I was hoping for more options, and what they did have seemed a little random, so I didn’t find much that fit my taste.

I reached out to support and they got back to me fast, which was a nice surprise. They helped me sort things out without a lot of back and forth. If you run into an issue, I’d say don’t hesitate to contact them, they were easy to deal with in my experience

I don’t think it was worth what I paid. I ordered a couple things from cocobeauty.com, and for the price, I expected them to feel a lot nicer. They weren’t awful or anything, just basic stuff I probably could’ve found cheaper somewhere else. On top of that, the packaging looked like it had been tossed around without much care, which made the whole order feel even less worth it. Shipping wasn’t cheap either, so overall I was disappointed. I don’t see myself ordering again unless the prices come way down

I ended up having to contact them myself to figure out what was going on, but the replies I got were vague and didn’t really help. it was more stressful than it should’ve been, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I had a good feeling when I placed the order, but it still showed up way faster than I figured it would. It arrived in just a few days, and everything was packed nicely with no issues. Super easy experience overall, and I’d definitely order again.

The site was hard to use, and the checkout kept acting weird on me. I had to refresh a couple of times, and by the end I was starting to wonder if there were extra fees being slipped in somewhere because the total didn’t feel super clear.
